Marl International Limited.

Marl International Limited operates from Marl Business Park (MBP) in the heart of the English Lake District.  Marl is a privately owned design and manufacturing company specialising in opto-electronic components and systems.

MBP is set out on 7 acres with over 130,000 square feet of manufacturing space. To follow is a series of photographs that show the capabilities of the company and the specially constructed production cell & equipment used in the manufacture of the Kodak range of LED Process Lighting products.

Marl is a  BS EN ISO9001:2000 Approved Manufacturer.

New Optical Measuring Equipment set up in one of our darkrooms.  The Equipment is designed to Digitally set the LEDs to the required output illumination levels. The black tube design allows the LED sub-assembly to be exactly 4 feet away from the light measurement sensor.  The mlx reading is then increased and set.  To increase production, while the sub-assembly is being optically set,  a second unit is loaded into the rotating carrier.
